Can Brian Pulido sign my reward items?

Yes! Brian will offer his signature on select reward items (books, prints, and metallicard sets) for a nominal ‘per-item’ FEE. You’ll make your signature selections during your post-campaign Backer Survey.

Please Note: If, during your backer survey, you select “SIGNED” on a metallicard set, please understand that only ONE metallicard per set will be signed. Thanks!

Can you send my comics to CGC for grading?

Coffin Comics no longer offers CGC grading facilitaion due to capacity. We truly apologize for the inconvenience!

If you do wish to get your books graded by CGC, we recommend selecting UNSIGNED copies during your backer survey so that you can later acquire witnessed creator signatures at signings and trade shows prior to grading. Then, you can send your submissions to CGC through your own CGC account or through an authorized facilitator.

Can I add more items to my Kickstarter pledge?

Yes! Many of the reward items offered during the Desolation Kickstarter campaign are also available as add-ons here in BackerKit!

I pledged for a digital reward. How and when will it be available?

All digital rewards will be distributed via email by BackerKit. This will occur within the same 4 week period that we ship the physical rewards, currently projected for December 2024. For further details, stay tuned to the campaign UPDATES page.

How and when will I be billed for my balance in BackerKit?

If you purchased add-ons in BackerKit or otherwise have a balance due in BackerKit, your credit/debit card or PayPal info will be collected during your backer survey.

If you’re paying in BackerKit by credit or debit card, please be advised that we will bill cards starting Friday, August 9 at 5:00PM PDT (8:00PM EDT). If you use PayPal to pay your balance, please note that your PayPal account will be billed at the time of the transaction.

When will my rewards ship?

If all goes to plan, we’ll be fulfilling all Lady Gunfighter: Desolation #1 rewards in December 2024. If anything changes, we’ll definitely keep everyone in the loop, via the campaign’s UPDATES page!

How will my rewards ship and how will they be packaged?

We will be fulfilling the vast majority of rewards via USPS, and some via FedEx. Please keep in mind that international shipments may incur duties/taxes/import fees that are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding!

In terms of packaging, we go through great lengths to uphold the very best shipping and handling procedures in the industry. We use boxes all rated at 200 pound or better burst strength. Your items will be securely packaged so that they don’t shift during transit. Any of our past customers/ backers will be able to tell you how much we care about these things!

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is FREE to backers residing in the United States.

If you’re an international backer, there will be a shipping fee added to your pledge amount, which will vary depending on the reward you select and where you live. Please note that your shipping fee does not include your country’s duties/ taxes/ import fees.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: To process a return or exchange, any damaged, missing, and/or inaccurate items in your order must be reported to us within 7 business days of delivery to the original address printed on your order packing slip. We appreciate your understanding!
